This intensive, hands-on program is designed to train future-ready Data Protection Officers and Audit Professionals in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Unlike theoretical courses, this program emphasises practical learning — drafting real compliance documents, mapping data flows, simulating audits, and identifying risks in AI systems.

Over 24 hours across 4 to 5 weekends, participants will not only study privacy law but also apply it through workshops and simulations, walking away with tangible outputs such as Privacy Notices, Consent Forms, Risk Registers, Audit Checklists, and Audit Reports.

The course uniquely blends Indian DPDP compliance with an AI Audit Awareness module, preparing learners for both present and emerging challenges. The Capstone Audit Simulation ensures every participant experiences the role of an auditor — from scoping and evidence collection to reporting to a Data Protection Board.

By the end, participants will be confident in drafting, auditing, and presenting compliance documents, making them job-ready and industry-relevant.
