Description
The course is designed to keep a very vibrant objective in mind i.e. to provide law students and professionals with a comprehensive understanding of privacy policies, return & refund policies, terms and conditions, Acceptable user policy and End user License Agreement which are a ‘must’ while designing website as a mandate practice under law. In the end of the workshop, the participants will learn how to analyze, draft, and interpret these policies within the framework of applicable laws and regulations.
